Day 159 Record Keeping SRHI = 83
Day 127 Fixed Meditation SRHI = 82
Day 73 Bodyweight Exercise SRHI= 79 (2x8, 1x2 burpees w/ 3 knees slappers)
Day 173 Eating SRHI = 61
Good sleep, good wakeup. Great mood yesterday. 

Have been in an amazing mood. Not just happy, but the feeling of steady growth and accomplishment. Mixed with ease and the solid knowledge that I’m doing what needs to get done as a habit and growing. Call it “endurance REpletion”. I don’t think I’ve quite felt this way since starting the habit.

Of course I’m about to take that a way by starting my new writing habit. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted!
