Day 15

SRHI = 50

Good sleep, horribly horribly groggy and fatigued. 

This seems to be some sort of lifestyle problem so I’m researching ways to deal with it. On the other hand, being groggy and almost zombie like in the mornings seems to effect my SRHI positively, since several questions regard automaticity, i.e. “do you have to consciously think about the task to do it?”

Well, no, I don’t, because I feel like I don’t have a will when I wake up, yet I’m doing this task. This might be false positive on the SRHI, but you gotta wonder if being absolutely tired and practicing a task has some impact on how fast it becomes a habit. That would be hilarious.
