Great sleep, great wakeup. I’m readjusting my bodyweight exercises to just do bridges for this week. I’ve been feeling incredibly sore and worn out physically. Also yesterday I went out before completing my writing - when I got back home I felt compelled to finish it even though I thought it was going to be a wash that day. That feeling - of it being harder to not do is what I’m after, and most likely contributed to the jump in the SRHI today.
