Great sleep, great wakeup.
Increase in writing - ended up doing a lot of writing and editing last night after my habits were done. I think my fear of writing has been largely banished, and I have no doubt it will definitely be a habit. Marked increase in strength in dragon flag progression. Am able to do “dragon lifts” with straight legs. Am able to lift up about halfway up my back to do this, so excellent progress. Work is much much easier to start now that I did the 15 minute protocol - now I usually do anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes in the beginning of my morning habit sequence. Eating however has gone markedly downhill. But this tends to happen right before I go back to visit the states (I’m leaving in 5 days).
