Day 254 Record Keeping
Day 222 Fixed Meditation 
Day 168 Bodyweight Exercise  (2x8 offset pushups, 1x8 close pushups)
Day 95 Writing = 68 (172 words)
Day 268 Eating = 63
Day 25 Work = 69
Great sleep, great wakeup.
Bodyweights were almost a compulsion today.  Almost forgot writing but had this nagging feeling that something was wrong as I went to record. I think that feeling - that feeling that something isn’t quite right, is really the key to having the inability to NOT do it (referencing the questions on the SRHI).
