Day 230 Fixed Meditation 
Day 176 Bodyweight Exercise  (1x8, 1x5 uneven pushups each side)
Day 103 Writing = 76 (295 words)
Day 276 Eating = 67
Day 33 Work = 65
Good sleep, great wakeup.
Writing was incredibly automatic, so much so that I barely remember writing almost 300 words today. The number of words I’ve been writing has been steadily increasing on it’s own, which is also fantastic.
