Great sleep, great wakeup. 
Interesting that despite my deep depression the last two days my habits have been really smooth. I’ve been getting that feeling near the end of “that’s it? Shouldn’t I have done more? Did I actually finish all of them?” It’s a great feeling. My eating is going remarkably well, and I just started up work again.
