SRHI = 18

Again, completely forget to do this when I woke up. Remembered only after doing a bunch of errands. Although remembering is a good thing, for an action to be a habit it should be automatic - ideally it should just happen right after I wake up without “catching myself." 

Again, this just reinforces just how important this initial habit is to the rest of my project.
