Great night sleep, great wakeup

I’m starting to immediately begin my fixed meditation as I wakeup. It’s getting easier and easier. Record keeping almost seems folded into all this - it’s gotten more streamlined, and i start to forget that it’s even a habit. All good signs of progress.

Dynamic meditation is slow - sometimes it is automatic, other times it very much isn’t. I don’t know if this is just the nature of continual habits or a warning - let all who would be masters of habit know the risks of inducting two at once!
