Good sleep, good wakeup. Feeling repleted.
Emotions all over the place. It interrupted my scheduling but I did pretty much everything. Changed up my rhythm in rowing so I could do 30 minutes from my normal 10 minutes. Did 30 minutes in the morning and then didn’t fight the urge to do a second session of 15 minutes at night. Been having that urge to double up on a lot of behaviors for a while now. Eating is completely falling a part again. Really need to fix my wake up time in order to fix my eating.
