Good sleep, good wakeup. I have a friend who used to check out his muscles every time he did a few reps, as though he felt muscles grow that fast with so little effort. I’m cracking up because I have that same feeling today and yesterday after my HIIT, hahaha. Maybe there’s something to what the hard lifters and crossfitters advocate!
