Great sleep, great wakeup.
 Was incredibly tired. Had to tackle some hard stuff at work for writing, involving specific writing issues that cause me a lot of stress and frustration. Calmed myself, faced it head on and nailed it out of the park. Did not want to do my rowing, said ok, I’ll do it lightly for 10 minutes - ended up doing the full 30 and increased my output by 200 meters. Ended up meditating for more than double my usual time. Fantastic, fantastic job today.
