Good sleep, good wakeup.
Really noticed how much I was dragging today - Lydia mentioned that maybe it was a Monday thing, and that maybe it was easier to NOT have a break on the weekends for some things. I definitely feel that having weekends helped me from exhaustion before…maybe it’s a questions of certain habits.
