Great sleep, great wakeup. Was incredibly depleted yesterday. Very little ability to concentrate, needed a nap, no willpower whatsoever after finishing my habits. Took a scheduled modified cheat - patatas bravas and nachos to get carbs. It would be interesting to see if this kind’ve scheduled cheat affects willpower throughout the rest of the week.
