Day 174 Fixed Meditation (Vipassana)
Day 120 Bodyweight Exercise  (3 bridges, but bad back)

Great sleep, great wakeup. 
Laying off the core exercises - my back has been sore. This is surprisingly also affecting my dragon progression - I guess it also puts a strain on the lower back. Will replace with stretches for a week and reassess.
