Great sleep, ok wakeup. 
Feeling incredibly unmotivated. It’s not so much that I didn’t want to do my habits, it’s that I wanted to hide in bed and not get up. Feeling incredible endurance/ego depletion. I really need to make my work a new habit because I feel like it’s just dragging down the entire system.

Closest I’ve felt to just giving up on everything.
