Rough sleep, good wakeup.
Woke up early in the morning filled with worry and anxiety - did meditation to get back to sleep successfully. Nixed eating habit again - the implementation just isn’t working. Excellent rowing - the process of altering and extending it (15 minutes to 30 minutes at an easier pace) is going well.
