Good sleep. Got up to 5 hours of Cal Newport style deep work!! That’s pretty huge - I think he only advocates working up to 4 hours. I think a lot of it has to do with energy regulation strategies I’ve employed. Coffee, walks, apple cider vinegar and matcha, light lunch, and rotating tasks, both in sets and across the day. Pretty excited about that.
