Day 157 Rowing (HIIT 15 min, 1min:1min)

Ok sleep, good wakeup.
Changed my rowing up a bit and tried a HIIT. 1 minutes as fast as I could with good form, 1 minute active rest, for 15 minutes. That. wore. me. out. But was oddly invigorating.
