Great sleep. Started recording my Sunday Meal..er, Groceries habit. That's been going quite strong and has really help me add more automaticity to my eating. Checked the SRHI on that to assess how strong it is - looks good. 

I also began a new habit, Flossing, one I've been planning on doing for a while now. It's a pretty easy implementation. Lydia used my process to institute her own flossing habit a long time ago, and it is still going strong. She said it's the easiest habit, but it's something that's always been difficult for me, so I'm starting small. Someone once said to do one tooth at a time to start to lower the daily minimum. I did 6 today, heheh. I feel that since it's so simple, it might be a good behavior to map out my full 3 dimensional graph of progression, with vectors for time in days, SRHI, and pushing the behavior (in this case, number of teeth). I'll include the full formalization in the Articles section.
