Ok sleep. Everything’s going downhill. I started recording the following morning, but have been difficulty remembering. I’m basically in a hovering pattern in this transition - I’ve finished a lot of my FInder’s Course, but haven’t decided what I’m doing afterwards. My Exercise has gone downhill since I had to give up my rower. I tried to transition to walking but it got super hot and now it’s rainy. I should get a rower in a few days which should rectify my exercise habit and my mobilizing. For now I’m cancelling out both of those.
