Great night sleep, woke up feeling horribly groggy. This is the first day where I’ve felt zero willpower when it comes to recording this. It also felt somewhat automated because of this - it’s as though i’m on the cusp of falling one way or the other - it becoming a habit vs falling off the wagon.
