Day 60 Bodyweight Exercise SRHI= 75 (3 bridges, 30 sec plank)
Day 160 Eating SRHI = 60  
Good sleep, ok wakeup.

2 Months for Bodyweights!!! And by the numbers it’s forming up quite nicely.
