Day 270 Record Keeping
Day 239 Fixed Meditation 
Day 185 Bodyweight Exercise  (3 bridges, 3 dragon lifts, went for a 45 min walk)
Day 112 Writing = 79 (2,018 words - easy work though)
Day 285 Eating = 63
Day 42 Work = 64
Great sleep (first in two days), great wakeup. Much more improved, last two days were horrible with very little sleep.
