Day 121 Fixed Meditation SRHI = 82
Day 67 Bodyweight Exercise SRHI= 72 (1x2 burpees, additional 3x8 pushups later in the day)
Day 167 Eating SRHI = 61  
Great sleep, ok wakeup. Good mood yesterday. Side bridges torqued my back, back sore, fewer burpees today.
