Planning for the week took significantly less time. I was incredibly depressed this morning. I’m surprised I was actually able to get this much done. Lydia has noticed that this depression has struck every first work day of the week for about a month or so. I think it might be tied to how this day was usually designated my pitching day. It seems like an easy counter would be to have a meditation in my schedule at the beginning of the day.

Totally messed up schedule - car troubles. A useful interruption to test out planning. Got severely depressed. I’m thinking any interruption to schedule should come with a mental prep or meditation before recommencing work plan.

Really good day, especially with planning. I accidentally did a phase of an article I didn’t need to do, wasting time - but just switched around blocks of other tasks. It felt really good, especially when I finished all my tasks. This rendition of planning might actually be working.
