Great sleep.
Interesting how fast morning and bedtime habits have formed up. I’m curious if it has anything to do with being tired. I feel that tiredness = identity porousness, and my theory is that while it’s hard to actually flex will, if it’s small enough and you do the task, it might form a habit faster.
