Good sleep. Switching completely from rowing to walking/running. It actually formed up quite well despite doing it every other day. However I’ve recently badly messed up my ankle. As far as I can tell it’s only a plantar fasciitis issue, but it’s really bad, and requires a lot of stretching. So far it’s been ok, I hobble around the house and that helps stretch and loosen it. It is a good thing I’m switching, because there’s no way I could do rowing or even kettlebell squats on this foot. It will probably delay the progression to running. And since I’m horribly prone to injury, this might be a systemic issue in splicing habits, especially with exercise.
