Depressed. I’ve been dithering on my fixed meditation before actually doing my resiliency project, but I think I’m going to start doing some small concentration practice again. This might be a lot of note taking for a while since I’m also starting mobilizing up again.

Massively depressed, distracted, tired, frustrated. Started splicing in a new habit, walking. Tiny habit is jus talking around the block. It’s tied to the same trigger as my rowing habit - I’m not sure if that’s a good idea or not.
