Good sleep.
Back after a week off. I’m glad I took it off, because I have a lot of thoughts as to why things aren’t so automatic as they once were, and why my schedule seems to drop off more frequently.

Horrible sleep.
Finally back. This is probably one of the longest breaks I’ve taken in this project, due to a combination of travel from Christmas break, a massive case of writer’s block, getting sick twice, and not quite knowing what to do with exercise. I’ve also been resetting food and working on my tally clicking of optimism. A lot of issues to sort out, but the beginning is just to get back to recording.
